授業報告　博物館コミュニケーション特論 I　第10回　6月 23日

Every student was given a chance to introduce themselves and some information about the museum. Student acted like a museum tour guide. Every performance was recorded in a video. After all, students finished their recording session, we made a discussion about the performance from the video. Every student was given a comment and suggestion how to present good guidance to the visitors.
We learned many important things during today`s lesson. We learned that the most important thing while guiding tour is making visitors feel comfortable with us. We also learned that seeing visitor`s eyes is essential thing when guiding the tours. Clear voice, good intonation, hand movement, standing position were also essential thing we learned today to become better guide.
Today and last week, video lesson were very important for our improvement in guiding tours. More important, we could learn to be better before the real event on July 27, the Renewal Opening day of the museum.
