Through its cooperation with the university, community centers, local government, the private sector, and other stakeholders, the Hokkaido University Museum seeks out relationships that use its scientific specimens and academic resources to provide educational opportunities. The Museum also implements critical life-long learning and refresher courses for the general public as a part of its regional revitalization efforts.
Given such demands, an important objective of the museum is to share information both on campus and beyond, through the museum newsletter.
